• Additional Garment Fee (AUD): $2.50 per garment
• Shipping Carriers: All orders are shipped via TNT or DHL.

Dispatch Timelines

• January–June: Orders are typically dispatched within 7–21 working days.
• July–September: Orders are usually dispatched within 14–31 working days unless it is a custom order.
• September–December: Orders may take 21–60 working days to dispatch, depending on size or if they are custom orders.

• For larger concert orders, please allow extra time for production and dispatch.
• Rush orders may be accommodated when possible; please include your deadline date in the comments section during checkout if a quicker turnaround is required.
• A shipping confirmation and tracking number will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.
